About Me
I live in a small village called Kings Langley, with my long-time love, our two children, and a pair of scruffy cats who follow the sun from room to room. Ours is a partnership shaped by time, weathered, woven, and tended like a well-loved garden. We have met each other in many seasons, and in the quiet magic of staying, we’ve grown.
I find joy walking by the water, moving my body to music, and cooking that fills the house with warmth. I come alive laughing with my children, tending to friendships, helping others remember their wholeness. And then there are the intimate times with my husband that reminds me love can be tender and wild all at once.
These are not just pleasures, they are practices. Ways I’ve remembered myself again and again, and over time, they became the roots of what I now offer to others: a space for healing, release, reconnection, and pleasure, the kind that begins in the body and touches every part of life.
The Embodied Being experience.
No two people are the same, and every path is unique.
Yet throughout our time together, these are some of the aspects we might work on in our sessions:
-
Coming out of the mind and into sensation, breath, pulse, contact, presence.
-
Releasing tension from muscles, stories, and systems that have kept you safe, but are no longer needed.
-
Moving from survival states into steadier ground, not by force, but through safety, rhythm, and attunement.
-
Noticing the loops that keep you stuck, softening self-criticism, and rebuilding trust in yourself.
-
Giving space to what’s been pushed down (anger, grief, joy, fear) and letting it move, gently.
-
Finding a reason to keep going through connection, purpose, or the quiet choice to make something beautiful from the pain.
-
Noticing what you need, what matters to you, and what helps you feel more secure and alive.
-
Strengthening your ability to feel more without overwhelm, so life becomes something you move with, not brace against.
-
Tuning into your yes, your no, and your maybe. Feeling what it means to be in choice, in body and in relationship.
-
Reclaiming and expanding what feels good. Learning to receive. Remembering that aliveness is your birthright.
-
Looking at the ways you reach for or pull away from closeness and what it might mean to feel safe being seen and deepen into intimacy.
-
Finding language for what was once unspeakable. Expressing from the body, not just the mouth.
