Somatic Stress Relief™ is a body-based approach designed to help you release that tension, regulate your nervous system, and build resilience over time. We work gently, using guided movement, breath, and somatic awareness to support your system in coming out of survival mode.
In this work, you’ll learn how to recognise your own stress responses and develop tools to respond differently, with more steadiness, choice, and ease. You’ll begin to feel more grounded, more emotionally clear, and better able to cope with what life brings.
Sessions are paced carefully and always led by what feels safe and manageable for you. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, chronic tension, or emotional overwhelm, this work helps shift what talking alone can’t reach.
