Frequently Asked Questions

  • Embodied Being is an integrative, therapeutic work that bridges science and soul.

Somatic practice, nervous system care, talk therapy, conscious bodywork, all held within a space that honours your story, your pace, and your wholeness.

Here, the body is not a problem to be solved. It’s a living system, wise, responsive, alive.

We invite it back into the conversation, gently and with care. This is where healing begins. Not in doing more, but in learning how to feel again:

To feel safe. To feel pleasure. To feel like yourself. Embodied Being is not self-care. It’s a return to self.

  • For those who’ve done all the right things and still feel the ache.

For the one holding it all together, even when they’re unraveling inside.

For the seeker, the tender-hearted, the one craving softness, truth, and something real.

All of you is welcome here. Especially the parts that feel too much, or not enough.

  • Most clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

This work isn’t about instant transformation but it is powerful.

The shifts can be subtle or profound:

    • A deeper sense of calm and safety in your body

    • Relief from tension you didn’t realise you were carrying

    • Greater clarity around emotions, boundaries, or needs

    • A softening of long-held patterns—emotional, physical, or energetic

    • A return of vitality, pleasure, or simply the ability to rest

Over time, many notice more ease in their day-to-day life. Less reactivity. More presence. A growing sense of wholeness—not because they’ve become someone new, but because something true has been remembered.

This work meets you where you are and helps you return to where you’ve always belonged.

  • Some people come with something clear they want to work on, like trauma, anxiety, or relationship patterns. Others just know something feels off but aren’t sure why. Both are welcome.

We start by settling, taking some time to breathe, arrive, and notice what’s going on inside. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. We start with where you are.

From there, we follow what feels right. That might mean working with the body through breath, sensation, movement, or hands-on bodywork if you choose.

There’s no rush. Nothing is forced.

It’s a space to feel safe again, to meet what’s there with kindness, and to let things unfold at your own pace.

  • Yes. It’s completely normal to feel nervous before starting something new, especially something that invites you to be with yourself in a different way.

Many people feel unsure at first. You might worry about what will come up, or whether you’re doing it “right.” That’s okay. There’s no right way to show up here.

You’re not expected to have it all figured out, that’s why you’re here.

It’s enough to just begin. We’ll take it from there, together.
