Somatic Breathwork
Sometimes you notice you’ve been holding your breath. Your chest feels tight, your body braced, or it’s difficult to fully settle, even when there’s space to rest.
Somatic Breathwork brings together guided breathing, body awareness, and gentle movement to explore how you’re feeling and what your body needs. We pay attention to the relationship between your breath, sensations, and emotions, making room for what emerges.
In sessions, we begin by finding what helps you feel grounded and supported. From there, we explore breathing and movement practices at a pace that suits you, with space to pause, rest, and let your experience settle.
This work may be helpful if you feel overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or find it difficult to recognise and express emotion. Some moments may feel calming; others may bring feelings or sensations into clearer awareness. You remain in charge of how far you go.
Over time, the aim is to develop a more responsive relationship with your body, recognising when you need stillness, movement, support, or space.
Room to breathe. Space to feel. A little more ease in being you.
